The truck starts starts and then dies within 30 seconds after a few starts it won't start up at all may be computer related? I have no idea where to start

Need to test fuel pressure should be running around 60psi.

Also should hold the pressure..can check with key on..also need to find out if fuel .or spark that it lacks on a no start.
If a service light on scan for a code ..if light is on ..maybe crank sensor..a symptom of a crank sensor.
But do not replace till you check for lack of spark and fuel..and scan.
Will have a valve on fuel supply line at intake to check pressure..might rent a gauge at auto parts.
If it is senor related should have a service light.

P1122 TP Sensor Circuit Intermittent Low Voltage
    P1637 Generator L-Terminal Circuit
P0122 is your TPS, that is where I would start after you check the fuel pressure

ecm temp switch...try fuel down the throttle body, if it starts feed fuel and see if it will continue to run

We hooked up the fuel pressure Guage and turned the key and had 35 psi then started it and the Guage jumped between 30 and 35 psi then it died with 0 psi and turned key off and back on and did not build up any pressure. How much pressure does the 4.8 need? Why would it just stop pumping?

do not use starting fluid...not good for the engine! when dumping gas in the throttle body and it will not continue to run it sounds like a spark problem...dumping gas in would make it a fuel problem...check spark at teh plugs when it wont start
