Hello all, I have a 2004 Silverado 4.3 Liter 5 Speed. 119,000. Won't start, can pull all 6 Spark plugs and with a remote start switch will turn over and Orange Spark on all 6, So far replaced Fuel Pump, Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, Crank Shaft Sensor, Pulled and cleaned all injectors, Changed Oil. Any suggestions, Getting quite expensive changing every thing. Any and all Advice would be helpful.

Need to check fuel pressure . Also can you hear fuel pump run when key is turned to on?Crank sensor would be a spark problem
And others you changed seems your is fuel related.
    Welcome to the forum boozoh.
Oh pressure should be at least 58 psi with key on ..and hold this.

Fuel Pressuure stay's around 62lbs. Even when cranking. Like my previous post, brought up too top dead center everything right on there. I can get a little back-fire when I take out the Fuel Pump Relay and pour a little bit gas right in.

Cam sensor? If its getting spark last thing check is fuel but you got good pressure there, could it be the something wrong in the fuel system like the injectors or something, if its a easy job might pull valve covers spin it over make sure they are all working like it should, when it back fires its it out the intake or exhaust?

took pleinum off and run a volt test on injectors, all are working, could it be in the injector harness, this is not like the spider one's I'm used too. It seems you have to replace the wire assembly's one at a time. Even tried towing the truck and popping the clutch, just like no gas.

What you need to do . Give it a bigger drink of fuel. Because your going in the air intake .take more to prime .
See if it fires till fuel burned. If it does then has to be something not firing injectors. Check with a test light ..i think pink wire to each injector for pulse.
Check the grounds. These work off ground signal from ecm. Check injector fuses should be two.
