I took the glove box out and located where the heater blower is. What is the easiest way to get that plastic casing off?

    Thanks

You have to take ecm/ computer out .. take bracket loose from side of dash .. so you can move the dash up just enough.

Have fun, have had to do this was a big PIA, IIRC when I did mine, its all under the dash, had to remove couple screws for dash move a bracket out and pry up on the dash to fandagle the fan blower motor out.

Might try resetting the hvac/heater system click here..look in the radiator see if you have the pink coolant dexcool..if so flush system..put green antifreeze back.
Does the air get warm if you drive it? Weird symptom though..i will search see if anyone else had this problem .
