| Shock replacement Lookin to get new shocks after 88,000 miles on a 2001 Silverado Std cab. THinking of gettin the Monroe Reflex up front, and Rancho RS5000's in the back cause I tow and haul every so often. Any experiences with either of these? Is it stupid to run 2 kinds of shock? Thanks |

| i wouldn't mix and match, both shocks have different ride qualities. i would try to find a brand that was both a smooth rider and a high performer.

| If you haul with alot of tongue weight then I suggest air shocks in the rear for leveling purposes. Plus it will extend the life of front end components if you pull a heavy trailer alot.
