  |  toyota commercials anybody seen the new toyota commercial where they drop a huge storage bin over a cliff and the toyota catches it like a big boat anchor? i don't care how big your brakes are, those tires are gonna bark the whole time that bin is pulling the truck over the cliff.  i think i'm gonna get a job at a toyota dealership so i can fix all the trucks that people drive off cliffs thinking their superman. does anybody really think those commercials are real, really toyota it's time to get real and come back to reality.

| yeah it is bs. they say that bin weighed 6500#'s it would of pulled that truck off and into the canyon.

| yeah, i kmow! and the one where it stops in like a few feet at the edge of the cliff!that is so bogos. {edited by dax}m they are not stronger than a ford.

| im just like ya"ll and find those comercials extremely sketchy... it doesnt seem like theres any possible way that truck could pull of all that... but if you read the fine print at the bottom of the screen during the comercial it says that its real... but im like yall... idk if i buy into that

| me either, the truck looks good, the tundra i mean, but its just not possible. it has many good features such as the rear window that goes down, or the rear cab seats that recline, but the japs are import trucks and they are known to be small.

| I could believe the truck pulling the container back up. There is no way they could of dropped that container from as high as the did and the truck not move.
