| It would be nice to have a motor with the simplicity of a carb for repairs, and the efficency and dependability of fuel injection for everyday driving. Just my thoughts though.

| that question to me is like asking do you want the first Atari or a Playstation3 (No brainer). It's cool to have the braging rights of owning one and in it's prime it dominated but that was almost 30 years ago if you havent let go of that ERA and adapted to new technology your just an "Analog in a Digital World". Bottom line in their day carbs were easy and popular but dont forget they had mechanical fuel injection way back in the early 60's that has evolved to the electronic systems we have and love today. A carb just does repatative functions always the same with no change. While EFI has a "brain" and can think and compensate for for hundreds of different conditions. like I could move to Colorado right now with my EFI and never have to re-jet for altitude or do anything but put gas in. Try and do that with a carb not happening no matter how tuned it is " Carbs were cool at one point in time but just dont come close to comparing these days" "Anyone that trash talks an MPFI or EFI in my opinion just doesnt understand how the system works"

| My Mazda is Carb, my Ford is EFI. It doesn't get cold enough here for it to be much of a problem for my carb, the only problem with my Mazda, is one of the solenoids is on its way out. If I can get one cheap enough, I might get a Webber.
