Sorry to bust in on an old thread, but I'm having the same problem. I was going to wire in a rocker switch, but the origonal switch on the tcase is a three wire. Which wires do I install the rocker switch on? I just replaced the tcase, and the new one has the two wire swich on it. The two wire and tthree wire switches are different length so they are not interchangeable. 94 chevy z71 350, 4l60, np241c.Thanks....Matt

ok the quickest way to handle this is put the truck in 4x4 high and climb under neith it grab the frunt drive shaft try to turn it. if it turns its your transfer case. if it dont then go to your actuator. pull it out hook it to a jump box it will take a bit if it moves. if it dont move at all then its the actuator. if it dose its wireing

They make a cable setup that replaces your front actuator. Its very reliable and will not fail you.
