I never get tired of that.

Yes Junior, the new engine is in. This is only a 557 cubic inch Ford. This is based upon a 460 block, and has some little goodies. I kind of wish it was a chevy, because this pig cost a fortune to build. More expensive than my 572 BBC.
Either way it is worth every penny. It is a monster in the mud, though I do have a few bugs to work out.
In the works is a full sheetmetal dash, and interior, racing seats (3) and some clean up work. I will toy with the exhaust, and perhaps run it farther back. This thing is crazy loud, I mean real loud. Almost difficult to stand on the street, I said almost!
I would like to mellow it out some.
I cant fit the Borla XR-1 race series muffler, so I will have to get creative.
Thats down the road, a little. for now, it is just fine.

As far as the intake, yes it is plumbed inside of the cab. Every vent for the diffs and the t-case, transmission etc, is all vented inside of the cab.
Mud gets everywhere, and having this stuff inside keeps this thing running well.
Dizzy is siliconed, and seald, also with a vent that is run inside of the cab.
No glovebox, as this area houses all of the ignition stuff, (MSD boxes, timing control for nitrous etc, etc.)

As soon as I get all of the plumbing looking presentable, and all of the bugs worked out, I will post a couple of shots of the engine. I am actually a little embarassed about the squeeling alternator belt.
I am having a set of pulleys made that will use a drive belt similar to a timing belt, blower belt, or drive belt for a motorcycle. This will end any slippage problems associated with mud and V-belts.
Thanks for the complimenta everyone. Nice to hear positive feedback, and I wanted to share one of the latest toys.
The pumpkin is a blast. Cant wait to squeeze it! 3 stages of sauce via a pro-fogger should really get wild!
This girl puts a smile on my face every time!
