Cutting up a new truck (Beware huge pics!)

Well, I have spoken to many of you and several have asked for a few things. Many have asked for some tech and some how to.
Ubfortunately I cant keep up with the demand, but I will do my best to take some pics, and post so that some things can be used for search reference, and perhaps we can strike up some additional interest in our forum here.
Well the number one request was the SAS. Many have asked about the actual requirements and exactly what was involved.
Snapping a few pictures is tough sometime, but I am gonna try to do what I can to provide some tech, and pics, and some exxplaination:

This is....errrrr,was a brand new (1 year old 2007 Toyota FJ)

This is what it appearslike with an IFS front end. While it was comfy and decent, not nearly as strong or as extreme as it should be.

Busting out the plasma

Where did it go?

There it is, its on the floor.

Tacking the brackets for the links in place.

Using a toyota IFS steering box:

More to come. Yes this uses a Rock Jock Dana 60 front axle. This truck will recieve the same treatment to the rear.

I'm surprised the rest of the yota frame is Strong enough to do what you are doing!

Nice neat shop by the way, even the floors are clean!
Don't you find the brown gloves have a tendency to burn through when you weld?

things should not have been let out in the first place. they look like they fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

Nice how to pics for sure, very detailed and very clear. I bet it helps that it is so new, parts are clean and easier to work on. And this is a unique project since not many people SAS something this new, mainly, from what I have seen, due to the cost...LOL... I am very anxious to see the completed project 75.... is this particular truck for a customer? or did you personally jump ship and go foriegn? LMAO

all fj's are is a knockoff of landrovers. so why not just go buy a land rover and be done with it. and they had a recall on the fj for the steering colum
