which pics are you refering to?? and who is in them?? she might not be available anymore. finally got a chance to crawl under the truck today and evaluate any damage. everything looked good and tight so guess she is ready to do it again. my question is who do i check the fluid level in a 231 tcase?? i see 2, what appears to be plugs, one lower and one not quite halfway up the backside of the case. they both unscrew using large allens but not sure that this is in fact what they are. if someone knows for sure, please share.

Hang on tight for the ride brad, both my guys were once that size, one when 4yrs and one at 2 yrs. Still in my mind, but those days are gone. One's like 6'7" 240lbs no fat, other is 6'4", and they tower over me. Don't care where the economy goes, they can't repo those memories. And there is no substitute either. Spend the time while it's there. Course the only bad thing was, if yours is going to go like mine, you're going to need a bigger truck. (for food deliveries)

crab, you aint lyin there. i spend every available moment with him and he is literally my pride and joy. looking forward to having another one oneday but it is not in the works right now for various reasons. if it wasnt for kids, life would not be worth living. lukas, that was in the back 40 at my place. my property and beer so we had as much fun as we could stand. has turned out to be the ideal place to be. anyone with property to spare, i highly recommend taking the massey and begin diggin a hole. thats what we done.

Awesome Pics !!! Cool to have the son involved. Much better to do this than the video games. My 12, almost 13yo is into these heaps of trucks I have. I've been told he is to young to be working on vehicles. Like he11. I'd rather teach him to use ratchets and wrenches to work on his own ride in the future than be out gang bangin or using drugs. Some people just don't get it. I don't think it is ever to young to get a kid involved.

| well said hotrod. its NEVER too early for kids to learn a valuable skill. im abhorred by the number of people i work with (MECHANICAL ENGINEERS at a navy yard) who don't even know how to use a torque wrench properly. if i ever am blessed with kids, you can bet they'll be proficient with basic hand tools before they know how to write their names, and they'll be able to read a tape measure before they can read a book. anything to keep em away from the idiot box in the living room, drugs, and other equally useless junk. my old gave me a hammer and a crosscut saw when i was 4 or 5 years old, and i cant thank him enough. i learned so much just by spending time in the garage with him, woodworking, workin on the cars/lawnmower/whatever. learned a lot of good values, too, like taking pride in quality work, and just good father/son bonding. anyone who would scoff at that is not only ignorant, but frankly they need a good slap upside the head.
