| Be cautious, one of 2 things, either he is a crooked mechanic and trying to get one over on you, OR, the last mechanic that built the carb is an idiot and should have told you it was not a rebuildable core. One of them is wrong for sure. And it could very well be the last guy and this one is shooting you straight. So do NOT tell him it was rebuilt, just ask what makes him think it needs a new carb, and if he is good, he will be able to tell why it needs replaced.

| I know the carb wasn't set after I took it back. He probably don't know that but we did tell em and he may just forgot about it. |
