| Those are the kinda places you go back to. Yeah, accidents and mistakes happen, noone is perfect. But they were honest and that says alot in this day and age. And to know IF they ever do screw up in the future, they are going to handle it properly, where the next place that makes a mistake, may tell you where to go.

| That is really awesome that they took resposiblity for it. I worked for a chrysler dealership and we would get dodges too. Can't tell you how many times I have seen that. By the way anyone want to know how expensive that 75w-140 is at the dealer. . . . . $35 a quart. Just so you know if you want to do your own diff. service next time and that rearend takes 8oz of additive.

| yep same for GM too. I had a tow truck hit my rear end with the stinger and put a tiny hole in the cover. He bought a new cover, and 3 quarts of fluid. I agreed to do the labor cuz I did not want my sitting at the dealership for a day to get a 15 minute job done. So he bought the stuff I did it. Expensive stuff. I still have a 1/2 quart of it.
