Help 97 tahoe 4x4 trouble

My 97 tahoe has no power to the actuator on the front differental the transfer case engages and the front driveshaft turns but the hubs do not lock. The actuator is new but there is no power to it at any time. I pulled the actuator and manually lock the hubs with a bar so it has to be something between the transfer case and the front.
Any help will be great!!

check the ball switch on top of the t-case, may be broken wire, or swithc has failed, if you remove the switch and push the ball in, it should send power to the actuator, have you also checked the 4wd fuse in the lh dash fuse box?

This is why i removed thst stuff adn went to a cable actuated system on my 93. Well till I went SAS anyway. Those actuators are known to fail. You want to know your 4 wheel drive is going to work when you need it to. Search for the cable actuator kit adn be done with that electronic actuator altogether.
