Painting

I am going to paint the interior/exterior of my 79 Ford.

I am debating what color I should paint it.

The cab was brown but then I got that parts truck and put the hood, fender, doors and truck bed off of it and put it on my truck then I tried spray painting the cab.

Well, the cab color I painted it wasn't exactly the white as the other parts. I am thinking the other truck parts (hood, etc) is cream color white but I seem not to find the color.
I am debating whether to paint the truck a glossy white or another color.

But right now I am debating what to paint the interior at the moment.
Its brown and I sprayed painted some of the cab white. But it leaves dirty marks.

So I am asking yall for help...like I usually do.

-What color should I paint the interior and exterior?
-Do I have to sand the old paint off or can I leave it on? I know I might have to sand the rusted spot.
-Should I get primer first and then coat over it with a glossy paint?

thanks

Paint the outside white and the inside black. That's my vote.

Well I decided to paint the interior gray and some of the interior parts black (door panels)

Looks pretty good.

Use WET/DRY sandpaper (800 grit) and used Krylon Smoke Gray spray paint.

It did run a little but I went back over it, though I may have to go over it later.

Thanks for the help GMC
