off-road light mount?

i've been wanting to get some off-road lights for my truck, but didn't want the roll bar in the bed to mount them(only a six foot box). while i was at the body shop this morning i saw a truck similiar to mine with a mount that went from door to door. it didn't look half bad, kinda like a chrome cargo rack bar. any ideas of what it is or were i could get one.

It was fine. Mounted with clamps to the drip rails. Worked great.
