I'm not taking sides here just want to throw out there that crooked cops are everywhere I've encountered too many and suffered the consequences for it also.

I used to think our laws really meant something until i witnessed first hand how a bad cop can bend the rules and use the laws against you all in "the line of duty" ever since i was a repeat victim of crooked cops I have no faith in our laws ,legal system courts none of that it is all just a real convenient way for them to take money from citizens and spend it on bull for that state or city or town etc

This is what my friend told me once ur a cop u think u run the show the laws..... isnt that right i said cops are nothing they dont run the show! u gotta just chill right?!? and if i was going to hurt someone i would love to call that cop out! not other human because here in las vegas they know me i love to party.. I'm a nice guy love to hang out meet new people...

Tjzz4,I didnt say that did I. dont put words in my post I just made a simple statement.
but technically you can drive while having the effects of alcohol pass thru your body juast as long as you havent consued too much .08 law used too be higher so maybe it was legal too drive drunk????????????????????????????

the other reason i think he pulled me over he wanted to see the girls on he back lol that megacab has to much space I love it

my chevy avalanche does not got that much space inside..

I realy do not know how to reply. First of all I think you should have paid a little more attention on school, and learned how to communicate.
Learning full, and complete sentances with proper grammer might make this conversation a little more credible. I might make several typing errors because I type too fast, and may create a few run on sentances, but I try to make sure that my words and sentances make sense.

If this story is true, (which I have my doubts. I can't see any LEO standing there taking a bunch of bull from a pimple faced kid, who was drunk and above the law), i think you dodged a big bullet. U admitted that you were intoxicated, and that you mouthed off to the LEO. You were stopped for window tint, and to the officers suprise, he found a drunk driver. Do you know how many knucklehead drivers in LV take off from a Casino with thier headlights off? Too many to count. Many drunk drivers are pulled over for minor infractions just as you were, and arrested for DUI.
Failure to signal, cracked windshield, high beams on, any number of slight infractions all tell the tale of the drunk driver.
Bottom line is this: It does not matter how the LEO arrested a drunk driver, if the LEO had a legitimate reason for pulling an offender over.
Are you less drunk because you were not speeding or killing someone? We all know the answer to this.
You threatened to take an officer to court, which would have nothing more than an invitation for an arrest, and at minimum a ticket, which would have required both of you to meet in court anyway.
I mean LEO's live in court, so threatening to take one to court should have done nothing more than put a smile on his/her face.

You statement with regards to why officers get shooot these days, is upsetting for two reasons.
1) the obvious reason that any LEO could lose a life for upholding the law, and that you have zreo respect for law enforcement
2) the not so obvious reason,,,,,, that you just cant create a complete sentance.

Sad to say the least. I think you deserve to have been thrown on jail. If not for the vehicle code infractions, and lack of respect for LEO's. but for butchering the english language so bad!
Both should be very punishable......

Sidenote: if a cop pulled u over for no reason just ur tint and wanted to check ur ride ur telling me u would love to waste ur time and say go for it officer check my ride

i dont know if u have cops in ur country that steal cars trucks? maybe is just here in las vegas? in this cop looked preety nervouse he let me go when i told him officer whats ur name taking u to court! Thats when he siad have a GoodDay sir nice truck...

so im thinking what u think the judge would of said???? the cop dint wanted to go to court seem like he was scare??
