Do you know how many knucklehead drivers in LV take off from a Casino with thier headlights off? Too many to count. Many drunk drivers are pulled over for minor infractions just as you were, and arrested for DUI.
Failure to signal, cracked windshield, high beams on, any number of slight infractions all tell the tale of the drunk driver.
Bottom line is this: It does not matter how the LEO arrested a drunk driver, if the LEO had a legitimate reason for pulling an offender over.
Are you less drunk because you were not speeding or killing someone? We all know the answer to this.
You threatened to take an officer to court, which would have nothing more than an invitation for an arrest, and at minimum a ticket, which would have required both of you to meet in court anyway.
I mean LEO's live in court, so threatening to take one to court should have done nothing more than put a smile on his/her face.

You statement with regards to why officers get shooot these days, is upsetting for two reasons.
1) the obvious reason that any LEO could lose a life for upholding the law, and that you have zreo respect for law enforcement
2) the not so obvious reason,,,,,, that you just cant create a complete sentance.

Sad to say the least. I think you deserve to have been thrown on jail. If not for the vehicle code infractions, and lack of respect for LEO's. but for butchering the english language so bad!
Both should be very punishable......

working for a county government, i feel that i have a little different insight than some of the others on this site. the reason he pulled you over was more than likely not because of any tint. he might have noticed unusual activity or abrupt lane changes. he pulled you over to find that you would more than likely pass a test. since he did not have a good reason for pulling you over, the next best thing to keep profiling, as you say, out of the conversation, he gave you warning on something that could be proved in court.
now, lets look at this too. i dont know what fines and fees are where you live but a tinting infraction is about 100 bucks. the court costs for you to take him to court would have costed at least 3 bills. you are good at math, which would you rather pay?? no matter how mad i get, i am not spending more money than i half to on someone i do not like.
chill out man. we have all been pulled over for some reason and none of us have seen the last, i am sure. but when it happens again, remember not to give him something to use against you. i have nothing to hide. if what you say is true, you have nothing to hide. refusing, not cooperating, and rudeness will give him more than enough ammo to land you places you dont want to be.

I was not drunk i was buzz like i said I was just driving normal man its like u said he was just checking but A Cop has to have a reason to pulled u. No other cop that i see in town has pulled me over just a window tint

Your advice to stay in school is wise advice, and should not only be passed along, but also considered by the ones passing the advice along.
"This world is nothing without money" or we as individuals are not high on the list without money?
Either way, my view is this: Knowledge is where true value is. Knowledge leads to money, and more knowledge will lead to more knowledge, which can lead to more money.
I do not measure a person by how high he or she stacks thier money, but by the respect they deserve as a person. Some deserve more than others.
I am not a real smart guy, but have learned to work smart and not hard.
I do spend a bunch of time out in your area. I consult for North Las Vegas Water, Southern Nevada Water Authority, Boulder Water, and a few other small municipalities.
I am currently working with SNWA out at the Alfred Merrit Smith Water Treatment facility located at Lake Mead. We are trying to figure out how to prevent you guys from running out of water in the next few years.
Keeps me busy, and pays the bills.
I learned how to get out of manual labor, and get into a field that reqired me to be able to speak well, and present myself well.
This is a competitive field, and a competitive world.
We have to work hard to fall into a category, but not a stereotype.
I suspect that you fell into a certain stereotype, and you were pulled over because of this. While I can appreciate people as individuals, I have never fallen into a stereotype, nor will I ever.
I wear my hat the way a hat was to be worn, my clothes fit, and I respect others.
If I lose respect for others, I simply avoid them. Too many more important things going on than to participate in any controversy.
Heak I drive all over Vegas, and I often drive my 300 with 24 inch wheels.
Never stopped to get harassed. Bimmer, same thing, Benz, no troubles.
I do get to the opposite end of town but I do like to hang out at Lake Las Vegas. I am sure this location is a little different, but I still get around all areas.

At any rate, I may have been the first guy to have poked at your grammar, but I could not have been the first to think it. I guarantee that.
