1990 F-150 no fuel...

let me state things i have done so far...

i have replaced front fuel pump, relay, fuel filter.

i know for sure pump is good since i used jumper wires to the pump to get it to turn on. i have used a good relay out of another vehicle that runs, but i am not getting power to the inertia switch. i think my problem lies someplace in between the relay and the inertia switch.

does anybody have a diagram of how the wiring is ran on this? i am trying to figure out if the power goes to inertia switch than to the tank selecting switch or other way around. any help is appreciated.

would it hurt the truck any to run a new line from the relay to the inertia switch in order to get power since i think that is where my problem is.

As long as you used an inline fuse with the new wire I don't think it would be a problem. I think you can go to autozone and they will print out a wiring diagram for you...

Are you aware there is only power to the inertia switch for 3 seconds after key on or unless you are cranking the engine?
