Shocks?? I had torsion keys installed on my 04 Chevy Z71 to level the front with the rear. Now I need shocks that work with my front end now that it's up 2-3" from factory. Can't find any. Any input appreciated !!

Why do you feel that the stock shock will not work? You did not change the travel, only the static heigth. The overall travel of the a-arms are the same, so the stock shock should be fine. If you extend the arms all the way to the bump stops, the stock shocks will still extend all the way without limiting out.

The Truck specialty shop that installed the torsion keys are suggesting I do this because I questioned them about the feel of the ride. It is as if the shocks are bad, and there is a sway side to side when hitting bumps. It's wearing me out. They believe I'm maxing out the existing shocks.

might just have bad shocks, but the length will not change. Unless you relocated the upper, and lower control arms, the stock length shock is fine. If you are looking for a shock that is 2 inches longer, it does not exist. the next size longer is for a 4" lift, and it is too long, and will bottom out, only providing a couple of inches of travel. That would be bad. You can purchase a performance shock, just make sure it is the right length.

| i believe the sway is being caused by the altered suspension not from wrong shocks. the new keys stiffened up the front end, i don't think new shocks are going to change that.

You most likely need a front end alignment, a good one, not just setting the toe. Your steering axis inclination (SAI), caster, camber and toe have all changed, and that will cause the crabbing over bumps and dips in the road (wandering).... try that first. As 75K30 stated, your travel is still the same and your shocks are as good now as they were before the keys.
