how hard would this be?

I have a 92 k1500 sport short bed. I want to convert my manual windows to power windows. How hard would this be to do? What years would fit my 92?.... thanks

That depends on the access you have to a truck of the same year with power windows. Don't forget, not only will you need the motors but you would possibly need to replace your door panels, or part of them, if you want the switch in the door and you want to hide the hole for the handle right now.

I don't know details but, I imagine the doors themselves are the same on all that model truck, just the accessories and panels would be different.

Where are you located? I have complete doors from a silverado of that body style. They are complete with panels, factory motors, regulators, harnesses and plugs, as well as door lock actuators. You are also overlooking power mirrors. The factory harness has provisions for these too. If you are gonna spend the time, and may use (should use) a factory door panel, you might as well have it totally factory so it looks clean.
PM me if you need more info.
