slugish throttle?

Have a 07 2500 HD 6.0 L. Throttle is not very responsive. Seems like you have to really put your foot into the pedal to get the truck moving. Maybe this is normal, but I drove a buds 05 with same specs xcept with 100,000 more miles and his truck was alot more responsive in the throttle. Any thoughts?

I'm getting the same thing too compared to my old 99. someone told me that in 07 they changed over to the electronic throttle so thats what I always thought. I could be wrong but I guess it would be nice to know for sure.

Ive been told the same thing, that its electronic, the "drive by wire" set up. Ive had that checked and says it adjusted correctly. Pauls 05 is "drive by wire" also, feels like twice the truck.
I dont know, just dosn't seem right.

alot of these 07 models they have out have really hard pedals. does it seem like you have nothing and once you get the pedal going down, it wants to jump out there?? i have run into that lately. if you think that something on it is broke or not right, take it back. that is what the warranty is for. but have a feeling that they will tell you that nothing is wrong and that the pdeal just feels sticky when you first get on the gas.
