Need More Power

what is the best upgrade for my truck i have a 2004 silverado z71 33" mud tires cold air intake 8mm spark plug wires and flowmaster exhaust. i have about 400 $ and dont no what the best upgrade would be.

Save your money and get some new lower gears.
33's and 4.11's will be night and day difference, compared to the 3.42:1, or even 3.73:1 you have now.
