| grinding noise help I have a 94 z-71 p-up.When pulling out from stop there is a quick grinding noise from under truck at about 15mph then it sounds like it is in 4wheel, then grinds again at about 25-30mph no longer sounds like it is in 4wheel, and is fine until I come to a stop and the process starts all over. Does not do it in 4wheel.Thought it was the front diff trying to engage.Disconnected power to front diff solenoid no grind in 4wheel, but still grinds in 2wheel.Now thinking transfer case. Anybody here of this problem? |

| It is possilble to have a weak motor that engages the front axle. It could be stuck partially in four wheel or just kinda bouncing back and forth. |
