 | Best Cold Air intake Wantin to get cold air intake put on my 2000 chevy silverado 1500 z71 whats the best cold air intake out there for my truck? |

| i havent heard much about cold air for trucks... it think for a truck application, you'd want to sway towards more of a ram-air style intake. cold air intakes are designed for high-end HP's, where the ram-air is designed for mid rpm Torque gains. it has to do with the velocity and volume of the air pulled in by the intake. which ever way you go, do not get the $15 one online or at autozone. those would actually hurtyour power. the more money you spend the better product you will get, in this case
