ignition trobles

Guys, my dad has 91 chevy with 5.7 he was driving it a couple weeks ago and it just died later it was found to have no spark we changed the coil with a good coil still no spark so we had auto zone check module in distributer they said it was bad so we changed it with new one still no spark also doesnt sound like fuel pump is running and fuel injectors are not doing anything(no fuel going thrue them) while motor is turning over. what do you think problem could be?? Thanks

this is the pick up stator that is under the rotor in the distributor

this is the ignition control module this is off to the side some where near the dis.
the both control the spark i would have the other one checked out as well and i bet you will have spark again. and if not then it will be the computer. it's one of the three i would change this two before buying a computer i would save that for last.

how do you check the pickup stator(coil)????
