Well I just tried a couple things on wires to the fuse box and it`s not blowing now.Bad thing is,you just have to drive it around and wait to see if it blows.Just drove around for 15 minutes on the bumpiest roads I could find and it didnt blow. That doesnt mean much though,It may work for days before it decides to go again.

You've been talking taillights, but you mean parking lights right ? Make sure you have checked the front lamps/sockets/connections. Any chance this happens with the turn signal on ?

Tail lights, parking lights, driving lights. The lights that come on when you turn your headlights on.Not the brake lights.Brake lights and turn signals give me no problem. It`s never blown when I use the turn signal. When I`m driving at night it is completely dark on the back unless I use turn signal or hit brakes. The license plate lights dont work either when the fuse blows.I`ve checked those wires and they look fine.

Yeah, I got which lights were on that circuit. That's why I was asking if you had checked the sockets/wires to front of the truck the same as you did to the rear. Gremlin has to be somewhere....

That's what I was trying to say, folks tend to forget the front of truck with tail light problems.
Glad it is good now, and thanks for posting what you found.
