Nerf bars/side steps

I'm looking to buy a pair of bars/steps for my 04 Z71, but I'd prefer to get them off a junked truck. Does anyone know if there's a site out there on the intarwebnet that deals in junked trucks? A place where you can order from and all...I'd rather not pay $250+ for a set if I don't have to. Thanks!

Have you checked your local recyclers or craigslist?
How about your local truck outfitters. Many times these guys work for dealerships upgrading factory stuff, and they have many take off parts that can be purchased at a reasonable price.
Probably many resources out in your area that are just being overlooked.

Well I've been to 4 different junkyards, called 6 places that deal specifically in ford/gm trucks, none of them have what i'm looking for. I think I might just have to bite the bullet on this one here and go for new.

you can go on ebay and get them cheap there. that's where i got mine from. i paid 120 with shipping

i believe the stealership near me sells them for 150 installed. may just need to look around some more.

Ditto to mud. Everyone once in a while dealers will have a special on things like that.
