 | @$%&*%&!! Speedometer My wife and I were driving around town on Saturday afternoon, when all of a sudden, my speedo says I'm doing 90. I'm in a 45 zone so I immediatley apply the brakes. I'm like "WTF?" when I notice there's no way I could be going that fast. I pull into a gas station and look down, and at a dead stop the gauge reads 35. I'm pretty heated seeing as how I bought the truck the previous Saturday. I got the truck to the dealer today (closed on Saturday by the time it happened, as well as Sunday) and told the guy I wasn't paying a dime, warranty deductible included, to get this fixed. He told me, "No problem. This is actually kind of common for an 04." I said, "but with 45k?" He agreed. Anyway, long story short, I get a brand new instrument cluster tomorrow. |

 | sorry about the inconvience, but glad you stood up for yourself. i hate to see people that are afraid to hear no and get screwed over by dealers / mechanics
