need brackets to lift bull bar due to body lift

i purchased a westin ultimant bull bar for my '03 silverado ext cab, i installed the bull bar however because of the 3 inch body lift on the truck, the bull bar sits lower on the front then it is supposed to, does anyone know where i can purchase some brackets to compensate for the lift, or am i gonna have to make them myself... im sure other people with body lifts have encountered this problem, so if anyone knows of a website where i can purchase brackets like this i wud greatly apreciate it.

thanks
