 |  1999 Sierra 4 wheel drive does not work! I am new to this and was wondering if you fellas could help. The 4WD service light came on and went out now I have NO 4X4 (only 2 wheel drive). All lights in push button panel are now off???? What is my problem? other than tons of snow here! Last edited by Canadian eh!; 12-31-2007 at 10:15 AM. |

| There are alot of threads on here about this problem. Plus most tranny shops shouldn't charge much if anything at all to do some diagnostics on it to see what might be wrong. Could be bad switch, actuators, fuses, electrical problems, bad transfer case, etc, etc Take it somewhere to see if any codes come up unless you have an OBD2 reader and can do it yourself
