1989 C1500 Cluster Swap

I Have A 89 C1500 Without A Tach In The Cluster I Am Wanting To Swap It Out For A Tach Cluster What Wiring Problems My I Encounter,i Understand That I Will Have To Add A Wire For The Tach Connection But Will My Other Gages Work Without Changing The Printed Circut Wiring

you may not need to add any wiring, it could already be there and the tach was a factory option?
