Heated mirriors.

Do they make heated mirrors for a '99 Chevy? My truck did not come with them, so I do not know if there is a harness there or not. I hope this gets to the right GURU, and they give the right answers. Thanks. Also, they will need to fit this truck:

love the humvee wheels! on my bros 05 dodge he replaced the drivers side mirrior and it had the harness in the door but he didnt have heated mirriors. looks like you have power mirriors. do you have a rear window defroster? on my wifes 99 silverado that works the mirriors too. call a dealer and maybe they can help shed some light on it.

My '98 chevy has heated mirrors, so i would assume they were still an option in '99.

Anyone know if they make a after market set of heated mirrors, and harness for them?

Predator,
I saw the CIPA brand in my latest JCWhitney catalog for 399.00, I do believe the harness is in the door and they will work with the rear window defroster if you have it.

Driver side heated mirror-99 Silverado

My driver side heated mirror on my 99 Silverado was cracked down the middle.I went to Speedy Glass(Canada)and ordered another mirror-$60.00.Took the old mirror off carefully-2 prongs on the back of the mirror.New mirror is sticky on back.Easy to install!

I bought a mirror (glass only) from a place that installs windows-$60.00.Carefully take off the old mirror-it sits on a plastic "plate".New mirror is sticky and has 2 prongs on back.Easy to hook up the wires.
