98 350 needing major help

Got 98 suburb the motor is cutting out when warm code came up crank and cam sensor correlation. I have replaced both and still doing it so I replaced spark plugs,wires,cap,rotor and distributor and it still wants to die no matter if Im sitting at a light or driving down the road or highway any suggestion will help abunch. if the cam/crank code is coming up and you replaced both modules that your burb is probably out of timing specs. to find out what degree your timing is at on the vortec motors you need a scan tool. once in the right mode the scan tool will tell you where you are at and you need to rotate the distributor to either advance or retard the timing. it is possible to do it without a tool but you need to know whether your current timing is advanced or retarded. all you have to do is have someone sit in the truck and watch the engine light. once within +1 or -1 degree of zero the light will shut off and you are within specs. good luck.

thanks for the help but after installing new distributor I reset the timing I also forgot to say acode came up about a short circut tried to find but no luck. still acts like it wants to die wwhen motor get to temp.
