Squeaky suspension

On my Blazer, it is starting to royally squeak going over speed bumps. I usually take them slow. Ocasionally it is in the rear, but for the most part it is from the front. Now I have been told in the past that if shocks wear out and make noise they cannot be lubed or greased to go away. they need replaced. I am pretty sure it is the shocks, however, since I am replacing all of them in a few months when the lift goes on my truck. Can I make this noise go away in the meantime? Or do i have to deal with it until I replace the shocks. I just do not want to do it twice. OR could it be something other then the shocks? I have not as of yet, had time to get underneath to see binding, so I could be wrong, but pretty sure it is the shocks.

ryeja is on a distinguished road
More than likely rubber bushings that are dried out. If so, and you're doing a lift, replace all suspension bushings with newer material types (not certain on exact material) and you'll have virtually worry free squeeks later on. Most installers of lift kits recommend replacing these bushings anyway.

You talking about the bushings for the upper and lower control arms? Cuz those come with the kit. Should I replace them now? as opposed to waiting?
