1999 chevy p/u 1500 4x4

Im getting a check engine light and the code comes back as "low voltage 02 sensor 2 bank 2" Any ideas on what can be causing this??? Was told its a bad ground, but Ive had several body-frame ground straps replaced and dtill no change...HELP

what sensor are we talking about? o2 sensor? what was the code number?

May want to check the fuse for bank 2 and check voltage is at sensor.
Then you could ohm sensor info contacts with it unplugged as well.
