02 sensor bank 2 low voltage 99 silverado 5.3

I have another post exactly like this one just trying a different tittle for more replies.... 99 silverado 5.3 4x4, code p0157,#2 02 sensor bank 2 low voltage.... Had previously changed both o2 sensors, never had this problem before having them changed. Tried replacing #2 once the problem came up and same code again????

sounds like the after CAT o2, do you have any modifications to the truck that might have caused the cats to fail. From what I can remember the rear o2 sensors are just cat moniters
