WTF does B/O mean?

Man I been seeing B/O on all of these posts when someone is talking about a bad part but have no clue what it means I know it doesnt mean "body oder". I think it means "bad" something or other but what? Maybe I'm just dumb but I can't figure it out can someone clue me in?

this is a direct quote from jimbo543 on the thred (Codes by david 87) the surge is probably a b/o egr valve, a weak spring in the valve causes it to open too much at low speeds/low throttle. was screw in that hose?

that is not the only time I have seen (B/O) as a refernce to a part either it is like the 15th time and i would like to know what it means.

B/O typically refers to "Bad Order" which is a term used in the military. This term is used to describe a term that no longer has proper operation, and is no longer clean, dry, or serviceable, another military term.
Not to be confused with "Tango Uniform", or T/U. Let you figure out what else that can stand for.
B/O is known simply as 'Bad order' and refers to a brokesn component, or a device that is not in working order.
