annoying clicking noise

I just acquired a new clicking noise from seems like behind my dash. it sounds like its comeing from the speedo cable. the more speed i pick up it clicks faster. but the strange part is when i turn the wheel left it lowers in volume and turn right its seems more louder. I also noticed a change in sound when i hit a bump with th left side wheels. anyone ever run into this problem or of course am I the first? thanks for any and all your help.

What year truck? Does it even have a cable you can buy lube just for the speedo cable if it has one clue us in on what I asked you give spec's.

sorry about that, its a 93 k1500 5.7 extended cab

on top of this problem my dash guages are acting wacky. tempno not working at all so I put in an aftermarket guage, oil pressure goes horizontal to the right and idles half way and bouncey, and volt guage shows almost 10 volts running and once in a great while it will show a reading of 14 at running, but that all started happening months ago. is my truck possesed?

My 91 truck use to have a clicking sound behind dash but it was a/c :P it was LOUD , vents were flapping
