I Pulled This Code From My 99 4 Wheel Suburban 2500 Series 7.4l
Abs Light Comes On When You Start To Move Co246 Ebcm Control Valve Circuit Does Anyone Know What This Means Thanks.

Welcome to the forum floydanddawn.
Codes C0241-0254 get lumped together as EBCM: Control Valve Circuit
but may actually be as simple as a dirty wheel sensor.
Not sure if your truck is using the integrated hub (pricey to replace) or not.
Don't think the '95s - '01s used them.
Also, I thought C0241 was EBCM Control Valve Circuit code.
There were some issues with trucks that triggered ABS at low speeds for dirty sensors also.
If EBCM is detecting different wheel/truck speeds it will set an error.
Suggest you check condition of front wheel sensors: corrosion,
loose connections, etc. Possibly follow up with sensor testing.
Make a basic visual check for loose or shorted connections through out system.

I will recheck code number left front whell drags behind by 1 mph then jumps up to speed with the other 2 after a couple of seconds if you check it while you're moving when i test drove it before I bought the suburban it didn't come on now it does it had been sittin for about a year because the rear was bad ( had to put new pinion and carrier bearings in it ) I will check sensors and yes it does have the integrated hub thanks.
