Is the throttle position sensor voltage within the proper range? I'm a believer of a good scan tool, check the actual readings of the sensors against spec, instead of throwing parts at codes.

I had very similar inexplicable codes for months, some members on here know how much they disturbed me. po300 and po303... However, may parts and diagnostics later, nothing was found..... however, experience has led me to believe that it could literally be anything! Turns out in my case, it was a foriegn peice of metal stuck in the motor, and now the poor things is in the middle of major surgery..... Rare, and unpredictable as it is.... but it happened. Seems like you are on the right track, and many have given great advice here.... I just wanted to offer encouragement for you and anyone looking into seemingly odd codes like this with no appearent faults. beware, ECU's never lie.... sometimes we just cannot understand them. So even if all does not in the end fix the problem, do not think it will go away on its own.... that was my fatal mistake. Just felt like adding that.... sorry...
