Speedo off
I have a 86 chevy blazer 4wd auto that I just bought, it has 373 gears 33in tires and when I am going 50mph the speedo says 65. With bigger tires it should slow the speedo down not speed it up? I am not sure what the person who owned the truck before me did or didn't do. I keep getting different answers on how to correct this problem?? Is the best way to get an adapter with a 23% reduction to put on the transfer case(It attatches to the transfer case and the speedo cable into the adapter)?? I am not sure what to do???everbody I talk to is telling me something different

I'd take it to a transmission shop and ask them what they thought and see if I could get any free info out of them then do it my self
