| i need quick help... i should probably already know this... but... anyone know the oil capacity of a chevy 5.7? and... anyone ever ripped out the ¿headliner? in the cab of a chevy pickup? is it glued to the metal of the roof or just kind of wedged in there? i'd like to yank mine out to make it bare metal but dont want it to be a pain. thanks

| On a 4wd truck the oil Change is 5 qts even with the filter. Total capacity is 6 but you never get that extra quart out of the Radiator. |

Too bad I did not see this thread earlier though due the extremely sarcastic mood I am in to night..... My answer would have been that a 5.7 LITER's oil capacity was 5.7 LITERS.
