Please help with electrical problem!!

I have a 1993 Suburban. It was starting intermittently. Assumed it was the starter. Had it tested and it was fine. Then it started running rough. We parked it, and have had this problem ever since. It will not start. The headlights are stuck on. The right turn signal is stuck on. When you try to start it, the gages all max out and nothing. I have check every fuse and all the wires under the dash. I have pulled all the switches, including the headlight switch and the lights will not go off. I changed the ignition switch and same problem. Any ideas?

I have tried that...about 2 days worth of searching. I can't see any bad wires.

By testing relays do you mean removing them? I tried this and no luck.

you need to do a spark test and a fuel test. we need to make sure you have spark and the injectors are dumping gas before you go on a wild bad wire goose chase.

things I'd suspect would be the distributor and it's components. Cap, wires, Ignition Module, Coil
