Bleeding brakes

Ok i pumped my brakes a few times with help of a friend he bleed them , There wasnt fluid coming out of the cyclinder it was coming out beside the gas tank , is that a problem? the line looks pretty rusty , how much r new lines

With one looking like that replace all the steel lines I know that one can buy just straight line and use a bender to make it work or how about a junk yard.

just if its not rusted to bad just cut out the piece and put compression fittings on each end if its too bad just unhook it form the booster and run a new linefor one side you might have 20 bucks if that
