 | upgrade setup, please help i am about to rebuild the top end of my 5.3 vortec and was wanting to upgrade the heads, cam, and intake.. does anybody out there know what kind of cam and size that i need for this motor? i am looking for a cam that doesnt drink a whole lot of gas but you can diffently hear it, and any opinions on which heads to buy? |

| how much are you willing to fork out and what are you looking to do. but are you going to keep the computer on the truck? that will be the trick not boosting it up to much so your comp. throughs codes.
