96 K1500 Ext cab, 5.7, auto...No dash lights

According to my hayne's manual, there is a 5A fuse coming off the dark green wire from the headlight/dimmer switch assy. Does anyone know where this fuse is located? I have replaced the switch assy to no avail. In the schematic, it is labeled "PNL LPS FUSE". The wire on the other side of the fuse is grey and goes to the Heater/AC, radio, and instrument cluster lamps.

if you open your drivers door there is a fuse assy on side of dash, cluster fuse should be in there, i`ll take a pic of mine to show you...do your exterior lights work? i think they are on the same fuse.

hmm, sorry, i guess i dunno, only aware of in dash and underhood fuses, *so you replaced your switch on the column or the dash?* nothing happens when you roll the dimmer switch? does the interior lights come on when you roll it all the way?

I replaced the headlight/dimmer assy on the dash. Nothing happens in the area that controls the panel lights, but when you roll the wheel all the way the interior lights come on.
