2001 savannah misfire

Hi guys, I am a newbie here.
One of my trucks for the shop is a 01 savannah box truck and has 171,000 miles. Over the past few months typical items needed replacement.
Anyways the current problem is this:
Engine light came on when accelerating, once you take your foot off the gas pedal the engine light blinks and the engine stumbles until you accelerate again. This started up right after a fill up. Once I got to my destination I threw some dry gas in it and since the tank was almost empty again I filled it up again. Drove it back to the shop and it was doing the same thing. So I don't feel its a gas issue. Anyways I put my scanner on it and it came up with three codes 1) PO102 Maf low 2)PO300 multiple misfire and 3) PO327 knock sensor bank 1 low. Side note: two weeks ago I did a complete tune up on the truck and it ran fine up until yesterday. I would say since the tune up I've put a bit over 500 miles on it.

I am going to focus on the maf low first to see what that does.



Now for my question... what am I looking for exactly... should I clean the maf sensor and check voltage? and what voltage should I be reading? I don't have a fsm for this truck. Thanks in advance and I welcome all comments.

Taking care of the first code seems to me it will solve the other two. I do not think they are that expensive, if cleaning it does not work, replacing it may. The missfire should definitely go away and so on. but hey, I could be off on this... worth a try I think.
