Do they plug into eachother?

What are we working on here? what was the project? why are you digging into this? These questions may help narrow down exactly what we are looking at here.

See what happen is i switched my motora nd tranny from 4l60e to a 5 speed it was a 4x4 k1500 1994 it was 5.7 350, but the funny thing is the wire is going down towards under the vehicle not the motor , The point is i belivei t may lead to fixing my speedometer i cannot figure out where they go ,and no they wont plug into each other because one is 3 plugs and other is just a 2 plug

try looking at the old motor and tranny and see if there is a part of the wire harness you didn't transfer/ or a plug on the old motor not on the new.

Here's my guess I have a 95 if it's the same the 3 wire one is for a front diff switch and the two wire one is for you speedo both go on the tranfer case. The 2 wire back by the tail and the three wire mor to the top of the case.
