I have an 87 Suburban. I was driving on the highway and it just died. I have fuel up to the Throttle body. I do not have spark or fuel past the injectors. I changed the ECM but nothing changed. Will do more thorough check with tools tomorrow but if anybody has any ideas, they would be much appreciated.

I thought about that overnight but my check engine light does not work. That would take care of my fire but what about the fuel delivery?

My guess is going to be the ignition module. You can ohms test it before you buy one or just replace it anyway if you thinks it time. If not that, then the other 2 items listed above. Pick up and/or coil. How come the Check Engine light don't work? Just a bulb? You can't even do the paper clip test without the light working.

You need a spark to be detected to fire the injectors. So ign. module good bet too.

Did you start at the fuse panel? ecm, etc and try to gett the light working? Spray a little fuel in the throttle body and see if it responds
