Question Floor boards

My boys pulled the seat and the floor mat from our 55 one ton and to our suprise we found some rust in the corners by the toe board. Is it recomended to replace the whole floor board, toe board and firewall when rust is present? Or can I cut the rust out and replace with new material? There are actually a couple of small holes where the rust is. This is going to be a cab off resto project, and I want to make sure it is done right.

i'd just cut back to good metal, no reason to replace the whole floor.

Is it just holes? Do you notice any rust anywher else ? if its just holes just cut em out and replace, i would put rhino liner or under coating in the floor board whenever your done to protect the rust
